Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Ability to obtain a DOT medical card (box truck locations only)
  • Must have and maintain valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • No experience required

Responsibilities

  • Pull ticket orders for customers, the service department, counter people, or route sales people.
  • Load and offload parts when deliveries are made, double checking orders to ensure accuracy.
  • Ship product to customers and other company owned locations as well as send out returns and warranties.
  • Pack, seal, label, or affix postage to prepare materials for shipping using hand tools or postage meter.
  • Restock parts as necessary.
  • Prepare documents, such as bills of lading.
  • Record shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, damages, or discrepancies for reporting, accounting, or recordkeeping purposes.
  • Examine shipment contents and compare with records such as manifests, invoices, or orders to verify accuracy.
  • Facilitate Warranty Core parts
  • Perform cycle counting on a routine basis to verify physical inventory count.
  • Visually inspect parts for defects. Identify nonconforming or defective components and take appropriate corrective action.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness through disposing of trash, sweeping, dusting shelves and merchandise, etc.
  • Operate a forklift to carry out daily duties.
  • Perform routine maintenance on forklifts, including safety checks, routine cleaning, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned
