About The Position

This role is in support of Cencora’s veterinary and livestock production solutions marketed through our MWI Animal Health business. MWI Animal Health is a leading brand of Cencora, serving animal health markets globally. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for order fulfillment, including stocking, restocking, picking, packing, and outbound shipping of customer orders. This role also involves performing daily cycle counts, researching discrepancies, and using equipment to track, monitor, and verify products for distribution. Maintaining a clean work area is crucial for keeping pharmaceutical products and merchandise clean and preventing work-related injuries. Additionally, the associate will verify product received against receiving documents, noting and reporting discrepancies and any obvious damages, depending on shift assignment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to work in climate-controlled facility.
• Ability to read and understand the English language
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting distribution standards.
• Motivated, hard-working and dependable; attendance and punctuality are very important.
• Able to work the shift hours listed above, plus overtime. (Overtime in most Distribution Centers is mandatory to enable real-time delivery)
• Able to perform repetitive and manual tasks on a consistent basis.

Nice To Haves

• Warehouse or Distribution experience preferred (1 year or less)
• Able to work with RF scanning equipment

Responsibilities
