Requirements

Previous experience in a leadership role
Experience with SAP is a plus.
LEAN/process/continuous improvement concepts and principles, including creating GEMBA metrics.
Bachelor’s Degree in any field and/or 2-5 years’ experience in warehouse setting
1 - 2 years’ experience in a warehouse/ manufacturing setting
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus
Proficient with Microsoft Office, with extensive experience with Microsoft Excel
A reliable team member that employees can count on every day to be punctual
Operational, Warehouse, Logistics or comparable experience preferred.
Repetitive body movements, required to stand for long periods of time, lift no less than 15-50 lbs. on a regular basis.
Must be able to tolerate working in a non-climate-controlled environment

Responsibilities

Providing a safe environment, developing, and coaching all team members.
Collaborating with teams across the organization to achieve KPIs that result in outstanding service for our coaches and student athletes.
Producing results in the assigned area and shifts.
Leading approximately a team of 10 employees.
Driving inventory and order accuracy for on-time delivery of garments to external and internal sources within their assigned area.
