About The Position

ORBIS RPM is hiring a Warehouse Associate to process materials in accordance with established standard operating procedures. The role ensures outgoing materials are in acceptable condition and meet customer specifications. Duties include general material handling and operating a forklift to move, load, and organize materials throughout the facility.

The position includes loading and unloading trailers, staging incoming product for processing, following documented work instructions, completing paperwork, maintaining inventory accuracy, inspecting product, preparing shipments, and performing daily equipment checks.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of distribution or warehouse experience.
• Prior forklift experience required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload incoming and outgoing trailers using a forklift.
• Stage incoming product for processing using a forklift.
• Process products according to documented work instructions.
• Complete all paperwork accurately.
• Maintain warehouse accuracy and report issues that could affect inventory counts.
• Ensure work meets customer quality requirements and report any issues immediately.
• Inspect products and prepare them for shipment.
• Complete daily equipment checks and inform the Service Center Manager when outside maintenance is required.
