Warehouse Associate - Weekend Shift
About The Position
Capstone Logistics is looking for high-performing Warehouse Associates who are ready for more than a typical warehouse job. This is a unique hybrid role: you'll be part of your local warehouse team when you're home and deploy with Capstone's Travel Team when projects need additional support. Travel assignments can last 6+ weeks and may take you to partner facilities across the country. We're looking for people who can step into a new operation, learn quickly, lead by example, and represent Capstone with professionalism wherever they go. You're not just filling a warehouse position. You're joining a team of trusted associates who can be called on to support important projects across the Capstone network.
Requirements
- Warehouse experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work in fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse environments
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing approximately 25–75 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift throughout the shift
- Ability to work different shifts and schedules based on project requirements
- Willingness to travel and remain deployed for 6+ weeks at a time
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A positive, professional attitude
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading freight
- Selecting, picking, sorting, and staging product
- Building and wrapping pallets
- Moving freight safely throughout the facility
- Operating warehouse equipment when trained and authorized
- Auditing, counting, and verifying product
- Supporting warehouse start-ups and operational transitions
- Helping teams meet safety, quality, and productivity goals
- Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Learning and following site-specific processes
- Taking on additional responsibilities as assigned by site leadership
