About The Position

Cardinal Health's warehouse team members are essential to ensuring customers receive the products they need to care for patients. This role involves receiving and fulfilling orders within a warehouse environment. Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing manual or automated tasks related to the receipt, storage, and shipment of products, including receiving, fulfilling, packaging, and shipping orders to meet team goals for on-time delivery.

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Comfort working with heights 20-30 ft regularly.
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
Ability to follow direction and change priorities.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
High School Diploma/GED preferred.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with technologies, like computers or point of sale systems, a plus.

Responsibilities

Follow established process to fulfill orders, including accurately picking products, performing quality control checks, packing products, and preparing orders for shipment.
Cross-train in multiple areas of the warehouse and participate in projects as needed.
Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Willingness to train and be certified to drive material handling equipment as required by job duty (e.g., order picker, forklift, reach truck, turret truck, pallet jack, and walkie rider).
