About The Position

Road & Rail Services is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations by receiving, organizing, and preparing products for shipment while helping maintain a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy, and can work successfully in a fast-paced team environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Basic computer skills for inventory and tracking systems
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license required

Nice To Haves

Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience preferred but not required
Forklift certification is a plus, but training may be provided

Responsibilities

Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
Organize and store products according to warehouse procedures
Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks while following safety guidelines
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with routine stock counts
Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe
Assist with loading and unloading trucks and containers
Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily operational goals
