About The Position

Shambaugh & Son L.P. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to set up, maintain, and organize existing and incoming inventory. The role also ships packages using the best available method and coordinates shipping and receiving tracking information. The position supports warehouse operations and internal and external customers.

Requirements

Operate and maintain company equipment safely at all times.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to multitask.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required.

Nice To Haves

Prior warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to internal and external customers.
Check in UPS and FedEx deliveries.
Maintain and protect entrusted property in excellent condition.
Pull inventory for jobs and work orders.
Receive inventory and RMA items and put them away in the proper locations.
Work with the Parts Group on orders and processing as needed.
Perform general cleaning and repairs around the warehouse.
Perform other tasks assigned to support and improve overall team operations.
Maintain accurate, current inventory level counts.
Put together MROs for low-level inventory items.
Ship packages using the best available method and coordinate shipping and receiving tracking information.
