About The Position

The Cary Company is hiring summer help for our Pittsburgh facility. This role is ideal for a student, recent graduate, or early‑career professional who wants real-world experience and not a desk internship with the opportunity to grow. This position is open year-round. While it’s a great fit for summer candidates, we’re flexible on timing for the right person. This is a working role, not a shadowing role.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Positive, team‑first attitude

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required (we’ll train)

Responsibilities

• Hands-on warehouse work handling plastic containers, drums, and recycling materials
• Palletizing, staging, loading, and organizing product
• Using hand tools and power tools (drills, saws, etc.)
• Learning warehouse safety standards and operational best practices
• Communicating clearly and working as part of a team that relies on each other
