About The Position
Koopman Lumber is hiring a dependable Warehouse Associate to support our Sutton Distribution Center. This is a hands-on role focused on picking, staging, and loading materials for delivery. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, safety, and teamwork are essential.
Requirements
- Warehouse, yard, or material handling experience preferred
- Ability to read orders and match products accurately
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Reliable work ethic and strong productivity
Nice To Haves
- Forklift experience (or willingness to become certified)
- Experience loading trucks or staging deliveries
- Familiarity with inventory systems
Responsibilities
- Pick materials accurately using order slips and delivery documents
- Pull and stage orders for delivery routes
- Load trucks safely and in proper sequence
- Identify materials using SKUs and product descriptions
- Restock inventory and monitor stock levels
- Inspect materials to ensure quality before shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
- Support unloading trucks and general warehouse operations
