Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service and relationship building skills.
Ability to follow directions and prioritize work.
Strong attention to detail.
Working knowledge of Gartman (IBM i) or similar WMS system.
Proficient and accurate data entry and basic math skills.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
1 year of experience operating forklifts, packaging material, and loading trucks.
1 year of customer service experience preferably in a Will Call warehouse environment.
1 year of experience working in a warehouse environment performing warehouse duties including receiving, shipping, order pulling or will call duties.

Nice To Haves

Shrink wrap machine and RF Scanning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Complete all staging duties and storage pre-pulls involving customer orders and as assigned by Branch management.
Process all will call notifications via RF scanner including, pulling customer order, greeting customer, and safely loading vehicles.
Complete will call process within 20 minutes, the maximum timeframe for completing a will call order.
Report daily exceptions to the Branch management team.
Promote and perform all assigned duties in a safe manner in support of company policies and procedures. The expectation includes reporting any potential hazards as well as correcting potential unsafe situations.
Maintain a clean and safe work area and warehouse environment.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
