About The Position

The Warehouse Associate (Order Picker) accurately selects, gathers, and prepares products according to assigned orders while meeting established production goals. The role involves frequent heavy lifting, bending, reaching, and standing throughout the shift. Associates are expected to use safe-lifting techniques and proper body mechanics, request assistance with heavy or awkward items, operate assigned warehouse equipment safely, follow safety procedures, maintain accuracy, and meet daily production expectations. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and capable of maintaining consistent productivity while prioritizing workplace safety.
