About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Loader/Unloader to support its Rental Division. The role drives company trucks to designated areas within the facility to unload soiled products, then loads clean uniforms, floor mats, and other customer products onto trucks according to their assigned routes. The associate maintains a clean work area and meets or exceeds quantity and quality standards for loading and unloading.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Adhere to the attendance policy.
• Be willing to work in safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
• Be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
• Be comfortable with exposure to hot or cold temperatures and the elements.
• Be willing to handle soiled or pungent-smelling materials using appropriate protective equipment.
• Be able to stand for most of the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to stretch, bend, squat, stoop, turn, or reach to perform work activities, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to perform physical activity, including lifting or moving materials, for most of the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive company trucks to designated areas in the facility for unloading soiled products.
• Load clean uniforms, floor mats, and other customer products onto trucks according to each truck’s designated customer routes.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area.
• Meet or exceed standards for the quantity and quality of products loaded and unloaded.
