Environmental Services, a Division of Superior Environmental Services, is seeking a safety-focused waste removal Warehouse Associate (Industrial/Environmental) to join their team. Requirements

  • Team player
  • Excellent organization skills to be able to complete various forms, records, and reports
  • Familiarity with the use of hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other necessary warehouse equipment
  • Attention to detail is a must, as you will be inspecting products and keeping detailed records
  • Must be able to work full time, extended shifts of up to 12 hours
  • Hear and distinguish emergency signals and instructions while on duty
  • Must be able to work in a warehouse environment
  • Physical stamina and dexterity necessary for the work; ability to lift or move at least 50lbs and stand for extended periods of time
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be safety conscious and have a good work ethic
  • Ensure equipment and company property is maintained in proper condition
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment, random, and or post-accident/injury substance abuse screening
  • The use of safety gear is required
  • All necessary Personal Protective Equipment including, but not limited to, safety glasses, cut-resistant gloves/sleeves, and retractable box cutters will provide along with the necessary training to maintain a safe work environment

Responsibilities

  • Hazardous waste removal from the facility
  • Sorting, cutting, baling, etc. nonhazardous material to prepare for recycling operations.
  • Separate processed materials into appropriate bins for recycling.
  • Lift 50 pounds, sustain frequent bending, and stand for an extended period of time.
  • Record keeping
