About The Position

Join Align Aerospace, where our warehouse team keeps the aerospace industry flying safely and on time. This is not just a warehouse job. It’s a critical operations role supporting receiving, shipping, inventory, kitting, and pick/pack—all under one roof. You’ll rotate through key warehouse functions, including receiving, shipping, pick, pack & kitting, and inventory support. Every role includes keeping your work area clean and safe, working as part of a tight-knit team, following safety and quality standards, and learning multiple departments to be a jack of all trades.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of warehouse or similar experience
• Comfortable lifting up to 45 lbs solo (50 lbs+ with assistance)
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-minded

Nice To Haves

• Shipping experience highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming product quantities and documentation
• Scan and put away inventory using our ERP system
• Keep inventory accurate with cycle counts
• Prep pallets, boxes, labels, BOLs, and tracking
• Ship domestic & international orders
• Schedule pickups and ensure on-time deliveries
• Pick and pack parts with speed and accuracy
• Build customer kits to spec
• Scan barcodes and keep materials flowing
• Locate missing parts
• Process special shipments, PODs, and priority orders
• Keeping your work area clean and safe
• Working as part of a tight-knit team
• Following safety and quality standards
• Learning multiple departments to be a jack of all trades
