About The Position

The Warehouse Associate plays a crucial role in delivering Century A/C Supply’s mission and achieving its goals. The role supports efficient warehouse operations through duties that may include shipping, receiving, and transferring products to customers and other branches. The associate helps ensure customers receive the correct products and quantities at the correct time.

Requirements

At least a high school diploma.
Ability to be on your feet all day.
Ability to interpret instructions.
Ability to operate warehouse machinery.
Basic mathematics skills, including adding, dividing, multiplying, and subtracting units of measure.

Nice To Haves

At least 6 months of warehouse or construction experience; prior warehouse experience is not necessary.

Responsibilities

Load and unload merchandise using necessary machinery and tools.
Pull and prepare orders for shipment or customer pickup.
Maintain a neat and orderly warehouse area, including loading docks.
Complete paperwork to track and ship merchandise according to company procedures and vendor instructions.
Complete reports as requested by management.
Perform cycle counts and annual inventory.
Communicate inventory issues—including discrepancies, damage, and non-stock inventory—to warehouse management.
Assist inside sales representatives and/or drivers as needed.
Lift or maneuver up to 50 pounds without machinery assistance.
Perform continuous walking, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, stooping, and carrying.
