Requirements

• Self-motivated.
• Adequate computer skills.
• Reading, writing and math skills commensurate with job duties.
• Ability to read and comprehend written English.
• Must be able to recognize colors and different cloth styles.
• Must be able to work all mandatory overtime.

Responsibilities

• Pulling, packing, and inspecting graduation apparel orders.
• Meeting production and quality standards for this operation.
• Training and directing new personnel.
• Learning about all product lines and processes in the warehouse.
• Selecting material by quality standards, colors, styles and shades.
• Recognizing colors and different cloth styles.
