About The Position

Ferguson Integrated Supply is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate at our customer site located in Seymour, IN. This role is responsible for monitoring, ordering, stocking, and transporting supplies and/or equipment for the organization. The associate will ensure timely delivery of stock/inventory, maintain storeroom inventory levels, and manage the timely removal of expired products. Key duties include investigating and troubleshooting inventory issues, maintaining accurate tracking records, and minimizing stock expiration through adherence to stock rotation guidelines. The role also involves engaging customers to ensure outstanding service and maintaining a professional presence when interacting with clinicians, administrators, colleagues, and vendors. Adherence to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs, is mandatory.

Requirements

Prior experience in manufacturing and inventory operations preferred
Previous industry experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office software
Ability to organize and prioritize work
Commitment to company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements
Ability to lift objects weighing more than 25 pounds regularly

Responsibilities
