Requirements

Good organizational and mechanical skills
Familiarity with warehouse technology, such as a scanning tool.
Talent Inventory – such as decision making, attention to detail, conceptual thinking
Physical strength required for lifting, moving and transporting materials of various weights.
Strong endurance skills needed.

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
Previous warehouse experience helpful but not required, training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Performing various shipping and receiving duties safely.
Receiving, processing, storing, and sending inventory according to orders and shipping schedules.
Loading orders onto a truck or shipping container.
Organizing stock and labeling product.
Full case order selection.
Overseeing and managing carrying, sorting, loading, and unloading product.
Tracking inventory throughout the warehouse.
Inspecting product for defects or damage, documenting and reporting accordingly.
Ensuring that product is packed and secured properly.
Moving product of various weight capacity and conducting appropriate safety measures within a freezer environment.
Optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency.
Preserving a clean and safe working environment.
Operating warehouse machines, such as a Forklift (may be required).
Cleaning various areas of the warehouse (may be required).
Other duties and projects as assigned.
