About The Position

Dakota Premium Hardwoods, a leading supplier of Hardwood Lumber, Plywood, Moulding, Cabinet Hardware/Supplies and Laminate, is seeking a dependable, hard-working, customer service-oriented team player for its Warehouse position at its Southeast Austin lumber yard. The ideal candidate will have a friendly disposition toward customers and coworkers, a solid work ethic, a team-first attitude, and a can-do attitude.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 75 pounds
• Must be able to work overtime when needed

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in hardwood lumber and/or plywood distribution is preferred
• Knowledge of picking orders within lumber yard or warehouse environment
• Experience operating forklift (propane 6k lb+ sit down)

Responsibilities

• Picking orders within a lumber yard or warehouse environment
• Loading 18 wheeler and flatbed
• Working in a non-climate controlled warehouse
• Operating a forklift (propane 6k lb+ sit down)
