About The Position

TBC Corporation is seeking newly experienced and seasoned Warehouse Associates for a full-time career. The DC Associate will perform operational activities within the Distribution Center warehouse to ensure efficient and accurate fulfillment of customer orders and receipt/delivery of replenishment products. Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Valid drivers license.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs repetitively while bending and twisting and ability to occasionally lift more than 50lbs.
  • Background Check and Pre-Employment Drug Screen.

Nice To Haves

  • Forklift certification preferred.
  • Experience with RF scanners preferred.
  • Prior distribution center experience preferred.
  • Prior material handling equipment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Operate various MHE (Material Handling Equipment) in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of products.
  • Unload and put-away product utilizing RF (radio frequency) technology.
  • Inspect inbound for OSD (overages and shortages).
  • Pick and stage product.
  • Load truck(s).
  • Maintain organization of product in the warehouse.
  • Assist center to optimize operations and customer service to achieve business plan and DC profitability.
  • Participate in cycle count or physical inventory process as required.
  • Maintain a clean work area and assist in the overall sanitation of the DC.
  • Complete MHE reports as required by company policy and OSHA regulations.
  • Perform any other tasks as defined by Supervisor or Center Manager.
  • Abide by all Federal, State, and Local laws.
  • Other duties as assigned or requested.
