About The Position

We are seeking hardworking and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our team. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for various tasks within the warehouse environment, including picking and packing orders, putting away inventory, performing inventory counts and audits, kitting items, and completing necessary paperwork. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, safely and efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software or systems.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects.
Willingness to adhere to safety standards and protocols.
Possess a customer-centric mindset.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Utilize picking lists or digital systems to accurately pick items from designated locations.
Ensure that correct quantities and products are selected for each order.
Safely transport picked items to the packing area using appropriate equipment, such as pallet jacks or forklifts.
Properly package items according to company standards to prevent damage during transit.
Label packages accurately with appropriate shipping information.
Prepare orders for shipment by consolidating items and securing packages for transport.
Receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of received items against purchase orders or packing lists.
Put away received inventory in designated storage locations, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
Perform regular inventory counts and audits to maintain accurate inventory records.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
Complete necessary paperwork, such as shipping labels, packing slips, and inventory logs, accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain records of inventory movements, transactions, and adjustments.
Assist in maintaining documentation related to safety protocols and compliance with regulatory standards.
