About The Position

We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our growing team at our Calgary warehouse. As a key member of our operations team, you will play an integral role in shipping, receiving, inventory management, and ensure our customers receive the products and services they need to achieve and maintain clean indoor air. Requirements

  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A track record of taking initiative, being reliable, and contributing positively to team success.
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Safety Focused Mindset: Understanding and adhering to all safety protocols and procedures while actively seeking opportunities to improve workplace safety.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members, supervisors, and customers while fostering positive working relationships.
  • Attention to Detail: Consistently producing accurate work, identifying discrepancies, and maintaining high standards in shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize work effectively, respond to changing demands, and complete tasks efficiently without compromising quality or safety.
  • Initiative & Accountability: Taking ownership of responsibilities, proactively identifying work that needs to be done, and stepping in to support team and operational priorities when required.
  • Team Oriented: Thrives working collaboratively as part of a team while also being able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug, cannabis, and alcohol test.

  • Prior forklift experience and certification is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Performing various shipping and receiving tasks while ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintaining a strong attention to detail while meeting operational deadlines and customer expectations.
  • Assisting with inventory management, product organization, cycle counts, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment.
  • Supporting a variety of operational tasks and contributing wherever needed to ensure the warehouse runs smoothly.
  • Demonstrating a strong commitment to safety by maintaining a hazard-free work environment for all team members.
  • Participating in the health and safety program, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and diligently documenting any incidents or near misses.
