About The Position

Our warehouse is where it all comes together. As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll play an important role in making sure the right products are received, organized, prepared, and shipped accurately and on time. If you’re dependable, hands-on, detail-oriented, and enjoy being part of a team that gets things done, we’d love to have you join us. Every shipment matters. Every order matters. And every person on our warehouse team plays a part in delivering a great experience to our customers. In this role, you’ll help keep our operation moving by handling inventory, preparing orders, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining an organized and safe warehouse environment. You won’t just be moving boxes—you’ll be helping move our business forward.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Must be able to become certified and maintain certification through an OSHA approved forklift certification program.
  • Dependable and consistently show up ready to work
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy
  • Able to safely lift, carry, push, and pull products as required
  • Comfortable working independently while also contributing to a team
  • Willing to learn new processes, products, and equipment
  • Able to prioritize tasks and adjust when business needs change
  • Safety-conscious and committed to maintaining a clean and organized workplace
  • A positive team player who is willing to pitch in wherever needed
  • Must have good command of the English Language, Oral and Written

Nice To Haves

  • Previous warehouse, distribution, logistics, or material-handling experience is a plus, but we’re also interested in people with the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, inspect, and properly put away incoming products
  • Pick and pull products accurately based on customer orders
  • Pack and prepare orders for shipment
  • Load and unload trucks and other delivery vehicles safely
  • Move products throughout the warehouse using appropriate equipment
  • Verify product quantities and inspect items for damage or discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate inventory and report discrepancies when identified
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards
  • Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization
  • Follow established procedures for handling products and equipment
  • Work closely with other warehouse and operations team members to meet daily priorities
  • Perform other warehouse-related duties as needed
