About The Position
We are looking for a warehouse team member – someone who will be responsible for helping to keep fulfillment operations and our warehouse in impeccable working order. This person will assist with order fulfillment, and maintaining inventory. This position may occasionally require assisting the fulfillment management team with specialized tasks and special projects. This role reports to the Fulfillment Manager and Assistant Fulfillment Manager.
Requirements
- Be a hardworking team player who works well in a fast-paced environment
- Have a 'no job is too small' mindset
- Be comfortable standing for extended periods of time
- Be able to lift boxes up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently packing and shipping orders in a way that meets a high quality standard - you are a key part of the customer's experience
- Accurately pulling product for orders and transfers
- Receiving, counting, and folding inventory
- Maintaining an organized and clean workspace with highest regard for the products
- Identifying quality control issues
- Performing cycle counts and maintaining accurate inventory records
- Occasionally assisting with special fulfillment tasks such as processing “assign to store” orders and custom orders
- Occasionally assisting with special projects to meet the needs of a dynamic company
