About The Position

GST is seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate who is reliable, professional, detailed-oriented, and a strong team player. This position supports daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory management, and general warehouse functions. The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in maintaining the operational flow and efficiency of the business.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to safely lift, move, and carry equipment weighing 50+ pounds
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate ERP systems/software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming products and shipments
• Pull and prepare products accurately for shipment and delivery
• Package and label products properly for shipment
• Load and unload equipment and materials safely
• Scan and track inventory using RF scanner equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP system
• Organize warehouse inventory and maintain accurate bin counts
• Prepare bill of materials (BOMs) for service projects
• Prepare warehouse-related paperwork and documentation
• Assist with shipping coordination and verification of shipping methods/rates
• Perform deliveries and pickups as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Perform additional warehouse and operational duties as assigned
