About The Position

As a member of the Warehouse team, the Warehouse Associate is a critical role within our warehouse department, and the Inventory Control department is responsible for making sure all inventory is accounted for accurately and placed in the most efficient locations for the Distribution Center's flow. Warehouse Associates ensure products are stocked, selected, packed, and shipped to customers. You’ll work in one of the following roles: Inventory Control or Carousel Picking.

Requirements

• Ability to effectively communicate and comprehend in English
• Learn tasks quickly, accuracy driven, personable, team oriented, and punctual with excellence in attendance
• Ability to add, subtract multiply and divide numbers
• At least 2-3 years of continued work experience
• Must be very comfortable with Microsoft Office, with extensive experience with Microsoft Excel
• Regularly required to stand for long periods of time
• Repetitive movement of the body is required on a regular basis
• Requires lifting of no less than 15-50 lbs. on a regular basis from floor to waist
• Finger and hand dexterity and ability to read text on a screen
• Must be able to tolerate working in a non-climate-controlled environment

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse experience is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• SAP experience is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Receiving, picking, sorting, and labeling orders
• Packing, folding, and arranging garments
• Scanning shipping orders, and inputting into inventory system
• Researching and correcting displaced, mislabeled, and missing products, performing replenishments, cycle counts, stock checks, and resolving inventory and order discrepancies
