About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Loader/Unloader to support its Rental Division. Loader/Unloaders drive company trucks to designated areas within the facility to unload soiled products, then load clean uniforms, floor mats, and other customer products onto trucks according to each truck’s designated customer routes. They maintain a clean work area and meet or exceed standards for the quantity and quality of products loaded and unloaded. This is a temporary, full-time, second-shift position.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must adhere to the attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
• Must be comfortable with hot or cold temperatures and exposure to the elements.
• Must be willing to handle soiled or pungent-smelling materials using appropriate protective equipment.
• Must be able to stand for most of the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to stretch, bend, squat, stoop, turn, or reach to perform work activities, with or without reasonable accommodation.
