About The Position

The Warehouse Associate adds value to our Customers and our Co-Workers by being responsible for assisting with receiving shipments, stocking products, picking and packing orders, preparing items for shipment, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring a clean and safe workspace. These roles support timely order fulfillment and efficient inventory management. This involves being a positive team member by demonstrating a solid understanding of warehouse operations, and a commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Requirements

  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
  • Ability to use computer software programs such as WMS system, Microsoft products etc.
  • High School or equivalent
  • Where applicable, MHE certification is required or must be obtained within three months of employment. On-site training will be provided for roles requiring MHE operation.
  • These positions may involve standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods, including working outside and indoors for extended periods of time.
  • Positions may require the ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
  • These positions require the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively

Responsibilities

  • Receive and unload incoming shipments and verify items against purchase orders or packing slips
  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
  • Label, sort, and store products in designated warehouse locations
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, or forklifts (if certified)
  • Assist with loading trucks and preparing outgoing shipments
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
  • Work collaboratively with warehouse team members and supervisors
  • Other Duties as Assigned: As a member of the team, there may be other tasks assigned that aren’t listed above
