About The Position

Above and Beyond Delivery is a local Arizona logistics company supporting time-critical business-to-business operations throughout the Phoenix area. Our warehouse team plays a key role in ensuring daily routes start on time and run smoothly. We look for dependable, hardworking individuals who show up early, stay active, and take ownership of their role in a fast-paced environment.

This is a part-time, early morning position starting at 4:00 AM. This is a physically active job involving frequent lifting, sorting, and movement. The pace is fast during early morning operations with strict timelines. Soreness is normal during the first week while your body adjusts. Reliability and punctuality are critical to team success. If you prefer late start times, minimal physical activity, or highly flexible scheduling, this role may not be the right fit.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will support early morning operations by preparing freight and materials for daily delivery routes. This includes sorting, staging, loading, and maintaining organization within the warehouse. Success in this role comes from consistency, efficiency, and being part of a team that depends on each other to keep operations running on schedule.

Requirements

• Ability to repeatedly lift and/or push up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Reliable attendance and strong punctuality (early start required)
• Able to work effectively in a team environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Must pass background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Sort and stage incoming and outgoing freight accurately
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Prepare materials and routes for outbound delivery drivers
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Follow all company policies and safety guidelines
• Communicate delays, damaged freight, or operational issues promptly
• Work efficiently to meet early morning deadlines and dispatch schedules
• Assist with general warehouse labor and operational support as needed
