About The Position

Taylor Metal Products is a leading manufacturer of high-end steel roofing and siding products with over 20 years of growth. We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting team members in all aspects of manufacturing, packaging, and warehouse logistics to produce quality components that meet or exceed company standards and customer expectations. All Warehouse Associate employees may be required to assist in other departments on an occasional basis.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent preferred
• Basic math skills
• Written communication skills
• 3-6 mos. manufacturing or warehouse exp. preferred
• Forklift certification preferred (will certify in-house)

Responsibilities

• Operate hand-tools.
• Visually inspect product for quality control and/or defects.
• Take and follow verbal directions.
• Stand for long periods of time.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis.
• Drive forklift.
• Read tape measure.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
