About The Position

This role involves training in three fast-paced areas within the warehouse department. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with strong hand dexterity. Associates will use various tools such as Zebra Scanners, Shipping Station Computers, and Powered Industrial Trucks like Order Pickers. Responsibilities include picking parts in a warehousing environment, preparing large shipments for customers, and creating necessary shipping paperwork. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail for inventory management are essential for all positions.

Requirements

Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and move materials up to 50lbs.
Ability to stand or walk an entire shift (approx. 8-10 hours).
Ability to use handheld tools such as Hand Scanners.
Must complete Powered Industrial Truck Training.
Strong hand dexterity.
Detail-oriented.
Problem-solving skills.
Time management skills.

Nice To Haves

Computer skills including scanning barcodes and reading orders.
Experience with Order Pickers.

Responsibilities

Pick parts in a warehousing environment.
Prepare large shipments for customers.
Create all necessary paperwork to ship products.
Utilize various tools such as Zebra Scanners, Shipping Station Computers, and Powered Industrial Trucks (e.g., Order Pickers).
Scan barcodes, read orders, and pull smaller and larger parts from warehouse locations.
Stage orders as necessary.
Pack smaller and larger parts.
Prepare shipments to meet/exceed customers’ expectations.
Work independently and make decisions.
Manage time effectively to ensure all orders meet customer timelines.
Perform inventory management tasks.
