Responsibilities

  • Ensuring accurate and efficient handling of materials within the warehouse.
  • Processing inventory transactions through the D365 ERP system.
  • Maintaining inventory accuracy.
  • Supporting production needs through timely material movement.
  • Physical material handling.
  • System updates.
  • Participation in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse operations.
  • Accurately processing, moving, and controlling materials within the warehouse to support production and inventory operations.
  • Receiving incoming goods.
  • Participating in routine cycle counts.
  • Supporting general warehouse housekeeping.
  • Utilizing the D365 ERP system and handheld mobile devices to maintain inventory accuracy through the creation and posting of movement and transfer journals.
  • Performing material handling tasks using manual methods or material-handling equipment.
  • Ensuring the timely delivery of materials to designated production and storage areas.
  • Actively contributing improvement ideas that enhance warehouse efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
  • Performing all tasks in alignment with established safety procedures and company standards operation procedures to maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
