About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a Package Handler to support warehouse operations. The role contributes to smooth warehouse functioning by handling packages with a focus on quality and safety. Work includes unloading trailers, sorting packages by ZIP code, and loading delivery trucks. This is a part-time position at the Miami, Florida location, with approximately 25–30 hours per week over 4–5 days. Hours may vary based on business needs, and shifts continue until the required sorting and cleanup work is complete, as directed by site management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to remain on your feet while working.
• Ability to work in warehouse temperatures that vary by season, including heat and cold.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers.
• Sort packages by ZIP code.
• Load trucks for deliveries.
• Follow safety protocols and help maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment.
• Work collaboratively with the team to complete the work.
