About The Position

Tim’s Cascade Snacks, a subsidiary of Utz Quality Foods, is looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate to join their dedicated team at their manufacturing facility in Algona, WA. As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll be at the heart of their operations. You’ll load and unload trucks, accurately fill orders, manage inventory, and ensure that products meet the highest quality standards—all while delivering outstanding service to their customers.

Requirements

• Ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack safely and efficiently to load/unload products.
• Ensuring orders are filled accurately, including checking code dates on products to maintain quality standards
• Experience with inventory counts and tracking product movement within the warehouse
• Ability to perform basic math functions for inventory counting, order filling, and processing paperwork.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and complete them in a timely manner, especially during busy periods.
• Capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, moving products, and standing or walking for extended periods
• Knowledge of safety protocols to maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.
• Work Ethic and Dependability

• Ability to be an independent thinker and make good decisions.
• Good organizational, time management and attention to detail skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete customer orders for shipment or pickup.
• Load vendors with the correct amount of product.
• Complete applicable paperwork for each order processed.
• Load and unload trucks using a forklift or pallet jack.
• Move finished product, checking code dates to ensure product quality.
• Perform monthly inventory counts as required.
• Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping your work area orderly and following company procedures, rules, and regulations.
