About The Position

This person will be working Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 3:30 PM. The role involves receiving IT equipment shipments, breaking down pallets, verifying accuracy against purchase orders, and identifying discrepancies. Responsibilities also include applying asset tags to devices, capturing serial numbers, and maintaining accurate asset records. The position requires assigning and maintaining warehouse storage locations, storing equipment in an organized manner, and retrieving inventory based on incoming orders.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

• Forklift experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming IT equipment shipments (laptops, monitors, peripherals, etc.)
• Break down pallets and verify shipment accuracy against purchase orders
• Identify discrepancies and escalate as needed
• Apply asset tags to tracked devices
• Capture and align serial numbers with asset tags using Excel or internal tools
• Maintain accurate asset records throughout the intake process
• Assign and maintain warehouse storage locations (rack/shelf-based system)
• Store equipment in an organized, trackable manner
• Retrieve inventory based on incoming orders
