ASAHI BEER USA | OCTOPI BREWING WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE You Make Sure Everything Ends Up Exactly Where It Should Full-Time ABOUT ASAHI BEER USA / OCTOPI BREWING Founded in 2014 as a Wisconsin contract brewery, Octopi Brewing has spent over a decade brewing and packaging beer, seltzers, RTDs, and sodas for clients nationwide. In 2024, Asahi — brewers of Asahi Super Dry — acquired Octopi, making us the U.S. production home of Super Dry. Today, our 250+ person team of beverage industry pros keeps that same local, quality-first spirit alive at a state-of-the-art facility. Our Warehouse team keeps raw materials, packaging, and finished product moving accurately between our facilities, co-packing partners, and distribution. THE OPPORTUNITY We're looking for Warehouse Associates to help keep materials and finished product moving safely and accurately — receiving, storing, picking, staging, and shipping product so the rest of our operation never has to slow down. We're hiring at two nearby locations — Windsor and our Uniek DC in Waunakee — just 7 minutes apart. WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE GREAT Hands-on, active work — you're moving, not sitting still Directly support production and distribution, so your work has a visible daily impact Room to build real warehouse and logistics skills, including equipment operation and inventory systems

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to lift, move, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 160 lbs occasionally
  • Comfortable twisting, turning, crouching, stooping, and squatting repeatedly throughout the workday
  • Committed to workplace safety and following all safety policies and procedures

Nice To Haves

  • Previous warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing experience
  • Experience in the beverage, food, CPG, or distribution industry
  • Experience operating warehouse equipment and RF scanning systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and warehouse/ERP systems

Responsibilities

  • Safely receive, move, store, pick, stage, load, and ship raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods
  • Support accurate shipping and receiving — verifying product quantities, conditions, and documentation
  • Help maintain inventory accuracy, following FIFO/FEFO practices and proper product placement
  • Keep the warehouse safe, clean, and organized, using required PPE and following safety procedures
  • Communicate issues, discrepancies, or safety concerns to your supervisor
