About The Position

This role supports daily warehouse operations by receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and organizing medical products that support veterans and healthcare facilities nationwide. Requirements

• At least one year of warehouse experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous forklift experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Basic computer skills including email and data entry.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to climb ladders and safely handle warehouse materials.
• Frequent bending, squatting, reaching, and repetitive movements.
• Ability to read labels, shipping documents, measurements, and inventory information.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and ShipHawk is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming inventory and shipments.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Label, organize, separate, and palletize products accurately.
• Install protective packaging, padding, and bracing to prevent damage during transportation.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for quantity and quality accuracy.
• Load and unload materials from storage locations, trucks, and trailers.
• Assist drivers with loading and unloading activities.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock control activities.
• Report damaged products, safety concerns, and compliance issues promptly.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
• Support additional warehouse functions as needed.
