About The Position
Our Grand Rapids Distribution Center is looking for dedicated, hardworking individuals to join our warehouse team! If you're reliable, safety-conscious, and ready to roll up your sleeves, we want to hear from you. We are taking applications for Full-Time positions for our warehouse associate. As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a key role in our shipping and receiving operations. This position is ideal for those who enjoy physical work, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are comfortable operating pallet jacks and working on the dock.
Requirements
- Pass physical and limited drug screen
- Able to repetitively lift up to 50 pounds
- Undergo background check
Responsibilities
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment (training & certification provided).
- Load and unload delivery trucks on the dock
- Pull customer orders using handheld scanners
- Lift, stack, wrap, and secure merchandise for shipment
- Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Rotate through various warehouse tasks and job functions
- Report product damage and safety concerns promptly
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
- Assist with training new team members
