This role performs core warehousing and material handling functions, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping parts, materials, and equipment at the Waco, TX facility. Under the direction of a Shift Supervisor, the position supports all areas of warehouse operations to ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency. Responsibilities include verifying inventory, filling orders, operating material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, reach trucks), maintaining records, and resolving discrepancies. This role also identifies defects, supports basic clerical tasks, and contributes to a safe and organized work environment.

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of work experience
  • Beginner proficiency in Computer Skills/Microsoft applications
  • Must be capable and willing to learn the operation and basic care of mobile equipment such as forklifts

Nice To Haves

  • At least 6 months of reach truck experience
  • Warehouse operations experience
  • Experience with Mach 1 order management systems
  • Inventory control experience
  • Basic mathematical ability
  • Auditing experience
  • Standard Operating Procedures or Standard Work experience

Responsibilities

  • Perform material handling and warehousing functions, including receiving, processing, storing, moving, packing, and shipping parts, materials, and equipment.
  • Use source documents to verify quantities, count parts, fill orders, and package materials accurately.
  • Operate equipment and machinery for weighing, banding, wrapping, packaging, and labeling.
  • Complete clerical tasks, maintain records, and resolve discrepancies as needed.
  • Operate warehouse systems and mobile equipment (e.g., reach truck, stand-up/sit-down forklift, tugger) to support daily operations.
  • Identify and report defects or equipment repair needs.
  • Support additional warehouse duties and tasks as assigned.
