About The Position

Specialty Heating & Cooling is hiring a Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver to support warehouse operations and deliver parts to job sites. You’ll help manage inventory, maintain organization, and assist installation and service teams as needed. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (must be insurable)
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to safely use hand and power tools
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to follow directions and work independently
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
• Willingness to learn and participate in training opportunities
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse, construction, or trade experience preferred (not required)

Responsibilities

• Pull, stage, and restock inventory
• Load/unload trucks and supplier deliveries
• Deliver parts and equipment to job sites
• Check in shipments and maintain accurate inventory
• Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe
• Assist install/service teams as needed
• Follow safety procedures
