About The Position

Integrated Openings Solutions, LLC (“IOS”) is a commercial and architectural openings solutions company. We provide industry leading commercial doors and hardware products and services to help make buildings smart, aesthetically pleasing, code compliant and sustainable. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support the efficient operation of our warehouse. This position is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and quality. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates strong organizational skills.

Requirements

Previous warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or related experience preferred
Previous forklift operating experience preferred.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Demonstrated commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
Ability to work in a warehouse environment that may include varying temperatures, including heat and humidity common in Florida

Responsibilities

Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities and quality against purchase orders
Unload trucks and move merchandise using pallet jacks, forklifts, or hand trucks
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
Label, scan, and stock inventory in designated locations
Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts
Load outgoing shipments onto trucks
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Report any damages, discrepancies, or safety concerns to supervisors
Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
Perform other duties as assigned.
