Warehouse Associate
About The Position
Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join their Clutter team. In this role, you will be responsible for loading, organizing, and digital scanning of customer inventory in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Clutter, now seamlessly integrated with Iron Mountain, is disrupting the self-storage and moving industries by offering affordable, flexible, and dependable service nationwide, driven by cutting-edge technology. The schedule requires availability 7 days a week, with schedules varying weekly based on business needs, and weekend availability is required. This is a full-time position, averaging 5 days per week, including weekends.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Proven ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly and remain on your feet and active for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
- Comfort using smartphone software and technology to track and manage data during the workday.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in moving, warehouse, manufacturing, inventory management, stocking, general labor or customer service environments is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks while wrapping and palletizing customer items to ensure safe transport and storage.
- Collaborate with the operations team to scan and organize items using our proprietary mobile app to maintain 100% inventory accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and organizational policies while completing warehouse projects and maintaining a pristine workspace.
