About The Position

OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers to join its warehouse operations team. The role contributes to smooth warehouse operations, with an emphasis on quality, following safety protocols, and maintaining a productive and secure work environment. The position is located at 130 Central Ave, Kearny, NJ 07032, and pays $20.00 per hour. The scheduled shift is Friday through Monday, 12:15 AM to 6:15 AM, or until the sort is complete. Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” means completion of all required sorting and cleanup activities as directed by site management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to remain on your feet while working.
• Ability to work in warehouse temperatures that vary by season, including heat and cold.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers.
• Sort packages by ZIP code.
• Load trucks for deliveries.
• Follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe, productive work environment.
• Work collaboratively with the team to complete the job.
