About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for handling shipping and receiving activities, loading and unloading trucks, processing and fulfilling purchase orders, and ensuring the warehouse remains organized and stocked with necessary materials to support operations. Complete approximately 90 days of training on 1st shift.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven forklift, reach truck, and pallet jack experience (certification preferred).
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with inventory and shipping documentation.
• Ability to work in a cold environment and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout an 8+ hour shift.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift, reach truck, and pallet jack certification

Responsibilities

• Accurately process requisitions, work orders, and purchase orders.
• Maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
• Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, and electric pallet jacks.
• Pick, stage, wrap, palletize, and load products for shipment.
• Keep warehouse and dock areas clean, organized and inspection-ready.
• Follow all safety, GMP, and company procedures.
