About The Position

Empire Auto Parts is seeking a dependable, team-oriented individual with a can-do attitude to join our Warehouse Team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will serve as a key link between the company and our customer base of collision repair shops in the region. The goal is to be a team player and be able and willing to go the extra mile. This is a part-time position with a Monday - Friday schedule from 2 PM to 6 PM.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to operate a cherry picker, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment
• Adequate knowledge of warehouse data system
• Must be able to engage in frequent, repeated, rapid, and/or strenuous physical activity for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and knowledge of how to lift and carry objects safely, cautiously, and effectively
• Must be able to safely operate equipment, observe safety procedures, and meet safety requirements

• Cherry picking experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Processing, packing, and shipping orders accurately
• Organizing stocks and maintaining inventory
• Inspecting products for defects and damages
• Examining ingoing and outgoing deliveries
• Organizing warehouse space
• Receiving, unloading, and placing incoming inventory items appropriately
• Checking, verifying, and filling customer invoices
• Abiding by all company safety and hygiene regulations
• Keeping warehouse clean and organized daily
• Performing duties as assigned by supervisor
• Staging, loading, and unloading parts
• Stocking, locating, and maintaining warehouse inventory
• Pulling orders for delivery and shipment
