Under direct supervision of the Warehouse Manager, the purpose of the Warehouse Associate position is to support the customer order journey by producing customized eyeglass wear, shipping, receiving, tracing, and staging of all customer frame and lens orders. This role involves monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory receiving, fulfillment, and ordering of frames, ensuring frame shipment quality control and SKU count accuracy. The associate performs related work as directed and will be required to cross-train as needed to meet company objectives.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a lab or warehouse environment preferred
  • Proficiency in inventory systems preferred
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Google Docs, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains steady workflow to coincide with delivery time commitments to stores
  • Notifies the leader on duty of equipment malfunctions, incomplete orders, incorrect lenses, etc.
  • Obtains job orders from sales team and clarifies all requests to ensure accuracy.
  • Prints inventory sku tags and tags new frames
  • Performs inventory cycle counts 2x per year or as needed
  • Supports inventory order fulfillment, receiving, and ordering through proprietary computer system
  • Maintains accurate system bin location of frame sku
  • Flexibility to move throughout the function as work demand requires
  • Understand and track inventory KPIs
  • Replenish 250 frames daily
  • Performs related duties as directed
