About The Position

ODRA is seeking a Warehouse Associate (Material Handler) to support day-to-day warehouse operations at our facility. This hands-on position is well suited for someone who values organization, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. You won't just be moving parts, you'll play a critical role in shipping and receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment, ensuring materials and components are handled with precision so production and delivery stay on track.

Requirements

Previous warehouse, material handling, or distribution experience
Knowledge of shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and warehouse processes
Experience operating forklift and/or order picker (required)
Ability to safely load and unload materials while following safety standards
Familiarity with inventory systems, or warehouse management systems (WMS)
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing orders and inventory control
Able to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment
Valid Texas driver's license (or equivalent)
Ability to operate a full-size pickup truck and trailer

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments (shipping and receiving)
Pick, pack, and prepare orders (order picking / order fulfillment)
Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
Organize, identify, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations
Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and stock replenishment ensuring accuracy
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as required
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to meet operational needs and priorities
