About The Position

Warehouse Associates support Cencora’s distribution services in the United States through its AmerisourceBergen business. The role involves fulfilling customer orders, tracking and verifying products for distribution, maintaining a clean work area, and, depending on shift assignment, verifying received products against documentation. The position is full-time and scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with overtime required when needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work in a climate-controlled facility.
• Ability to read and understand English.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting distribution standards.
• Motivated, hard-working, and dependable, with strong attendance and punctuality.
• Able to work the listed shift hours and overtime; overtime is mandatory in most Distribution Centers to enable real-time delivery.
• Able to perform repetitive manual tasks consistently.
• Able to repetitively lift up to 50 pounds; product weight and size vary.
• Comfortable walking up to 8 miles per shift; steps vary by role and shift.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Nice To Haves

• Warehouse or distribution experience preferred (one year or less).
• Able to work with RF scanning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Stock and restock products; pick and pack customer orders; and prepare orders for outbound shipping.
• Perform daily cycle counts and research discrepancies.
• Use equipment to track, monitor, and verify products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean work area to protect pharmaceutical products and merchandise and help prevent work-related injuries.
• Depending on shift assignment, verify received products against receiving documents and note and report discrepancies or obvious damage.
