About The Position

As a Warehouse Associate at Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO), a division of LKQ Corporation, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our distribution center. This active, high-energy role involves picking, organizing, and preparing auto parts orders for shipment, ensuring the supply chain runs efficiently. Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to lift products that weigh up to 75 lbs. consistently
  • Comfortable working on your feet all day—standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders
  • Able to work at heights up to 30 feet without issue
  • Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment
  • Dependable, show up on time and have a strong work ethic
  • Willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (temperatures vary by season)

  • Forklift operator experience

Responsibilities

  • Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery
  • Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
  • Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently
  • Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
  • Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step
  • Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success
  • Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols
  • Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs
