About The Position

As a Warehouse Associate at Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO), a division of LKQ Corporation, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our distribution center. Requirements

18 years of age or older
Ability to lift products that weigh up to 75 lbs. consistently
Comfortable working on your feet all day—standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders
Able to work at heights up to 30 feet without issue
Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment
Dependable, show up on time and have a strong work ethic
Willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (temperatures vary by season)

Responsibilities

Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery
Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently
Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step
Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success
Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols
Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs

Benefits

Up to $16.00/hour starting pay
$1,000 Sign-On Bonus (Paid $500 after 6 months, another $500 at 12 months of continuous, active full-time employment)
